You are making this purchase in your business capacity and are personally guaranteeing the purchase.

This Terms of Service document constitutes the entire agreement between us and supersedes all prior discussions, emails, online or voice messages.

Our preferred secure payment processor is Stripe. You will receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for communication from Business Maven and/or SourceLife Publishing regarding the requirements for your chapter, biography, and headshot.

Ongoing instructions will be sent via email, so ensure that the email you register with is the one through which you wish to receive communications.

We reserve the right to delay communication in the event of technical difficulties.

Our services have a no-refund policy. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback. If you do initiate a chargeback, you will be charged an additional fee of $300 USD.

Failure to complete your chapter or book according to the deadlines set by Business Maven and SourceLife Publishing does not warrant a refund.

All payments for the selected package are due in full at the start of the project.

Limited Exclusive Rights:

By participating in this program, authors grant Business Maven and SourceLife Publishing the exclusive right to print, publish, distribute, and sell their chapters as part of the book worldwide in all languages. Authors may not republish the exact same chapter in any other publication without the express written consent of Business Maven and SourceLife Publishing.

Promotion and Purchase: Notwithstanding the above, authors retain the right to promote the book and to purchase copies of the book at cost for resale or distribution.

A team of seasoned editors will guide you through every step of the writing process. You agree to cooperate fully with the editorial team and meet all deadlines.

Marketing and Exposure:

Business Maven and SourceLife Publishing will engage in marketing and PR campaigns aimed at making the book a bestseller. You agree to participate in these campaigns as required.
