By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and agree to the ongoing monthly subscription terms associated with Maven’s Business Lounge.

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change at any time. However, the price you agreed to at the time of your subscription will remain in effect for that billing period.

If you joined under a founding member, launch, or grandfathered rate, you must maintain an active subscription to keep that rate.

If you default on a payment or cancel your membership, you will automatically forfeit the discounted rate and must rejoin at the current full price.

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Payment is due immediately upon signing up and is processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis, unless cancelled.

Failure to make payment may result in your access being paused or revoked. If you were on a discounted rate, missed payments will result in automatic price increase to the standard rate if you choose to rejoin.

All payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

As a Maven’s Business Lounge member, you will receive access to:

• Monthly training videos and workbooks

• A private Facebook group for community and support

• Priority previews of content before public release

Each training is available for the duration of that calendar month only. After the month ends, that training will be removed from the group and replaced with the next month’s content.

You are responsible for downloading any materials during your active subscription and doing the work.

By joining the Facebook group, you agree to:

• Maintain professionalism and respect toward other members

• Not share any copyrighted or paid content outside the group

• Not post spam, promotions, or harassment of any kind

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the group and loss of access, without refund.
